Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your total service cost.
Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per deposit, as long as it is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
The rescheduled appointment must be booked within 14 days of the original appointment date. If the new date is not scheduled within that timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited.
Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours before the appointment) will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
